All finished and pumping out over 100 Watts no problems!Still has original caps not leaking or causing any issues, I changed the screen resistors from 470R to 1K though as they were being a bit tough on the tubes (600 Volt on the plates from the Partridge Power Transformer)Again preamp caps all original (well past their shelf life but working) Quad set of reasonably well matched Electro Harmonix with a plate voltage of 600 Volts!|Gets very loud very quickly! already full power at 2 on the volume and from then on breaks up sweetlyFront panel simplified on channel Marshall Style Tone Stackl Simple controls no master volumeGreat amp to drive with a few effects Old Laney Klipp modified by me in the late 80s and used in a Combo with 2×12 speakers.. Was just too heavy and ended up not being used. I found the original case recently and serviced the amp. It is running well with all the original capacitors (even though they are all supposedly too old they are not leaking! and hold charge well, it hardly hums at all). The original mod I had made was to strip out the Klipp circuit and make it into a basic Marshal Plexi style amp and change the EL34 screen resistors from 470R to 1K as the 600V plate voltage is a bit cruel on the tubes. All back together and she is one loud amplifier sounding sweet to my ears!
